• Game Operations and Dispute Resolution — Detailed game session logs are maintained for the legitimate purpose of ensuring game integrity, resolving disputes fairly, and demonstrating compliance with gaming regulatory requirements.
• Fraud Prevention and Security — Processing is based on wwwvip's legitimate interest in protecting the Platform, its players, and its financial systems from fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access. This includes IP analysis, device fingerprinting, and behavioral pattern analysis.
• Responsible Gaming Monitoring — Processing of game and betting data for responsible gaming purposes (identifying potentially problematic play patterns, applying player-set deposit limits and exclusions) is based on both contractual obligation and wwwvip's legitimate interest in promoting safe gambling practices, consistent with PAGCOR requirements.

6. Sharing of Personal Information

wwwvip does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers and Processors

We share data with carefully selected third-party service providers who process personal information on our behalf under binding data processing agreements — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, game software licensors, cloud infrastructure providers, customer support platform operators, and cybersecurity services. 7. Data Retention

wwwvip retains personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by Philippine law.

• Active Account Data — Retained for the duration of your active wwwvip account plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements.
• KYC Documents — Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later, as required by the AMLC and gaming regulatory guidelines.
• Financial Transaction Records — Retained for a minimum of ten (10) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with Philippine tax and financial reporting regulations.

10. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information held by wwwvip:

This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated Account, delete the personal information, and handle any funds in accordance with applicable law.
